The guest has the right to use the cabin until 10 o'clock on the departureday. We do what we can to accommodate new guests as fast as possible on the arrivalday, but we ask for your understanding that it may be some waitingtime if you choose to arrive earlier.

The house should be in a good cleaned condition on departure, specially the kitchen and bathroom. We can do the cleaning for you for a fee. We have a non-smoking rule in the house and we ask our guests to respect this and use the outdoor facility to smoke.

It is requried by law, in Norway, to wear safetywests onboard in the boat. The guest is responseble for damages on the boat, engine and equipment that has been done with recklessness or with purpose. Please notify us if the boat has faults or missing equipment. Always carry a mobilephone/celluar when using the boat. It's not allowed to use a boat when drunk. The boats should be cleaned properly before departure. Check the weather conditions before departing out on the sea. On arrival the boat has a full tank of gas and it is required to be full at departure.

We encourage all users of the commonareas to clean up after themselves. Dump the fishremains into the sea at a specified place. This is to avoid bad smell and to avoid attracting animals.
